"Like any other woman I am concerned about my body'" said Helena Christensen in an interview.
Helena was “discovered” when she was 18 and became Miss Denmark and since then her photographs are surrounding the world through the front pages of famous magazines, advertisements and advertising billboards.
Working in the fashion industry, Helena was not finding difficult to accept the challenge and take picture almost naked, but today she does not enjoys walking on the beach in bikini.
"I am not waking up in the morning with the thought that I am perfect and that I don’t have to do anything. All the women I know in this profession have the same problem as all the others, maybe even more." Said Helena.
Helena discovers that she is staying in shape with exercising, and she is training boxing twice a week, and about body care she love to use creams, tonics and sprays.
She is a proof that age is not the metric of beauty of the women…
